A leading Utah state senator with nearly 30 years in the Legislature says he will be forced out of office if a citizen initiative on legislative ethics passes.
The state PTA and some lawmakers agree sex education is not always taught correctly in Utah's schools — but both groups offer different solutions.
Dueling scientists made presentations to a packed legislative committee hearing on the science behind global warming, and the political divisiveness over whether it is significantly caused by humans.
