With his house located just a couple hundred yards from the Silver Eagle Refinery, Jimm Kjelgaard has felt his share of explosions.
One look at Kaysville Junior High School's hallways between classes brings the word "sardines" to mind.
An explosion Wednesday morning at a refinery shook homes throughout south Davis County and left at least two homes uninhabitable due to structural damage.
