Salt Lake police seek motorist in hit-and-run

It is unthinkable that people continue to run over others and then drive off. Part of the reason this is acceptable is that punishment does not fit the crime and the following cowardice. Throw one of these hit and run jokers into prison for a long time, that will help people start reporting their accident rather than running away from the incident.
