This is very wise and forward looking.

Finding ways to cash in on the stimulus money is a good idea. Those who don't are paying a lot of money to those that do.

I'm glad to see Utah getting on board with clean, green energy technologies. I hope the legislature strongly supports these efforts - we have a lot of work to do to catch up.

This is another Government give away!

There is nothing in the Constitution that allows the government to take away my money in taxes and give it away to some college.

Where is Glenn Beck?

Instead of thinking of this project as a government giveaway to some college, or a way to cash in on stimulus money, think of it as a way to help save the planet for future generations. Would you really mind sharing the cost of saving the planet? We need to pay attention to what the rest of the country and world are doing, which is to build thriving new economies based on green technology. We can either get on board or be left far, far behind.

Congratulations to those folks at SLCC wise enough to work so hard to create a program, and a story that was deemed important enough to get funded. This will create opportunities for those that are willing to do the work it takes to provide value in the new greener economy. It will do nothing for those that won't. Most times opportunity arrives at your door disguised in work clothes.

Again, hooray for and congratulations to the SLCC folks that secured these funds. Jim

It does no good to train a workforce for a job that doesnt exist. This is a waste of funds that could be going toward incentives and rebates
