This will fit nicely with cold fusion, USTAR and syncrete. The jobs this creates are low paying non-technical jobs that Utah can do without. EDUCATE our children completely and the money will come back many fold.

How many states across the US have similar initiatives? Why not look at laws, regulation and taxation burdens that reduce the creation & expansion of new, employing small businesses?
