I've been hoping to see some delectable dishes using popcorn. Thanks much. Some of these treats should work for putting in grandchildren packages. YUMMMM

Had to grab my eyeglasses, wasn't sure if my vision was blurry or if it was the photo. Glad I won't have to go to the eye doc tomorrow.

Thanks for all the great recipes. I'm saving this one in my recipe notebook. Can't wait to try them all.

I love popcorn and think it makes for good, yummy treats. However, I certainly wouldn't want my children nibbling on popcorn treats they received while trick-or-treating. Who knows what kind of tomfoolery goes on with the fluffy snack?!

I don't think Popcorn is dangerous. However, I think it will be perceived as such becasue of the unknown possibilities. As with any candy, I guess. But it would seem that a homemade trick or treat would end up in more garbage cans than intended by the givers.

Is it just me or is the name of the recipe on the top of page three missing?

It was just me...the name of the recipe is on the bottom of page two.

Popcorn not only tastes good but is healthful as well. That is, as long as it is fresh-popped using healthful oils like canola and not smothered in too much salt and butter. I would never EVER feed microwave popocorn to my kids. That stuff is full of partially hydrogenated oils, too much sodium and often questionable preservatives.

Fresh is always best. It's usually cheaper and better for you too. Get the kids into the kitchen to help out. It will teach them valuable skills and great lessons on food quality and nutrition.
