My parents live near this neighborhood and I would like to see a photo of this lady to see if I've seen her around during one of her strolls...

I can't believe it. I too have had contact with the girl and her friend just wondering around our block on 2 occasions back in May. They offered to help carry things from my home across the street. I thought it very strange that complete strangers would do this. It all makes sense that they were casing out the neighborhood. I knew they were up to no good...I just couldn't put it together until I heard about the robberies of my neighbors. Have they caught her friend? They were both black, dressed nicely and so friendly. Keep your eyes open, and your doors and garages locked, even if you're working in the back yard.
