Ha, Ann! I'm reading your column while watching my cat roll around on the front porch, making her weird "bird meow" at a little sparrow hopping in the garden. She would LOVE to eat that bird, but it would mean she would have to get up off her back and chase it. Which is unthinkable. Thanks for the column!

My cat likes to eat flowers. It doesn't really matter what kind but he is especially fond of roses. Go figure. And so much for that bouquet I made from the front yard.
