Jazz point guard Deron Williams did not practice this morning, choosing instead to rest his sore, banged-up body.

Williams bruised his left shin in the first quarter of Thursday night's home win over San Antonio, and landed hard on his left hip in the fourth quarter of the same.

He finished with 27 points, though, matching teammate Carlos Boozer for game-high scoring honors.

Though he didn't practice today, Williams did say he'd be good to go when the Jazz play host to Sacramento on Saturday night at EnergySolutions Arena.
