Santa Claus coming to 3 malls Saturday
Santa Claus is coming early to three local shopping malls - this Saturday, in fact.
St. Nick will make his entrance to South Towne Center Saturday at 10 a.m. He will be accompanied by Mountain West Ballet's Nutcracker cast and Grizzbee, the Utah Grizzlies' mascot. He will return daily until Christmas Eve.Santa Claus also will arrive with a flourish at Layton Hills Mall on Saturday at 11 a.m. He will visit and pose for pictures with young shoppers starting that day. Santa Photo hours through Nov. 30 are 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
The white-bearded, red-suited fellow also will pop up at Cottonwood Mall Saturday at 10 a.m. to share a free continental breakfast with his friends. Santa's photo hours there will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.
