Don't kill off gray wolves

Are we killing off our pal, the wolf, or is that just a bunch of gibberish? It depends on what state or part of the country you're in. In Yellowstone National Park, the Canadian wolves are flourishing. But in Mexico and Arizona, the very rare Mexican gray wolves are becoming extinct. There are only about four or five of them left, after 11 of them have been released back into the wild. Articles from the newspapers have talked about the extinction and flourishing of wolves since February. It is im-por-tant that we keep these amazing creatures alive because everything counts, and believe it or not, wolves are important to this environment and its well being.

Wolves are being hunted because farmers say that they are killing their livestock. Farmers are worried about their livestock, and I don't blame them for trying to take care of their animals. But you have to learn to cope with these things.Ask yourselves this question: Is it really worth killing these majestic creatures for hardly any reason at all?
